Residents in Ħaż-Żabbar will have the opportunity to engage directly with waste management experts later this week as the Wasteserv Roadshow Truck visits the locality. The initiative, organised in collaboration with the Zabbar Local Council, will take place in Triq il-Fraxxnu on Thursday 19th February between 2pm and 6pm.
According to the official notice, “The Wasteserv Roadshow Truck will be in Triq il-Fraxxnu, on Thursday 19th February from 2pm – 6pm.” During these hours, residents are invited to stop by and make use of the services being offered on site.
The council explained that attendees can “learn more about waste separation” and “have your questions answered” directly by knowledgeable staff present at the truck. In addition to providing information, the initiative also offers a practical service to the community. Residents may “dispose of your recyclable and hazardous waste without going to a Civic Amenity Site,” making it more convenient for households to manage specific types of waste responsibly.
The roadshow forms part of ongoing efforts to encourage proper waste separation and responsible disposal practices within the community.
