O Mary, Mother of Divine Grace, ordained as the dispenser of His gifts, obtain for us, and all those for whom we pray, your choicest graces: for the infirm, health and recovery; for discouraged hearts, courage and confidence; for troubled homes, peace and concord; for sinners, repentance and pardon; for the souls in purgatory, relief and deliverance; finally, for each of us, the graces which we beg at this moment—(express the desired grace)—most especially the help of your goodness and power. We ask above all, O kind and gracious Mother, your help at the hour of our death, so that at this last moment we may be found worthy to share the glory of Jesus, your Divine Son, who liveth and reigneth with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, world without end.
